Planning for the 2014 Pendennis Cup is already underway with sponsors starting to confirm their partnership. We are delighted to welcome back Awlgrip, Dubois, Burgess and Cockwells who were supporters in 2012.

Since the reputation of the event has grown over the years, we have been approached by new companies wishing to be part of this spectacular regatta. We are delighted to announce Ward William Associates, GAC Pindar and Spencer Rigging as new partners for the 2014 Pendennis Cup.

Ward Williams Associates (WWA) is an international Project Management and Construction Cost Consultancy with its roots firmly based in the West Country. For over 25 years they have supported clients developing major construction projects in the UK and Middle East. With particular expertise in managing the construction of anything in or near the water, WWA has the experience and skills to support any project within the marine environment, including dredging, slipways, jetties, dry-docks, pontoons, marinas and the associated consents and licences that are required to deliver them.

“WWA are very proud to support the 2014 Pendennis Cup; we wish the Pendennis team, the Owners, skippers, crews, spectators and all of our co-sponsors a great event and we look forward to seeing you all in Falmouth in May for some exciting sailing.”

Tim Haynes, Director of Spencer Rigging’s new Superyacht division says ‘We are delighted to be a sponsor of the Pendennis Cup 2014. Being based in Pendennis Shipyard, this is the sailing event of the year for us: the sailing in Falmouth is fantastic. As well as crewing on these superb superyachts, our team of renowned riggers will be available to help with those inevitable, unforeseen problems. We can also provide rig checks, service work and supplies before, during and after the event.’

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor of this spectacular event in Falmouth, please contact Christine Winans at Pendennis for further information .
